VEKA AluConnect

The high-quality entrance doors made of VEKA AluConnect profiles combine the best of both worlds: The elegant appearance of aluminium surfaces and the first-class insulating performance of PVC-U. The profiles are characterised by a clear design language with narrow overlaps and meet the highest standards of architectural design. Thanks to the powder coating, which can be realised in almost any colour, they are extremely durable and weather-resistant.

Beneath the aluminium surface is a newly developed PVC core that keeps the heat out in summer and ensures that precious heating energy stays inside in winter. To maximise energy efficiency, the VEKA AluConnect profiles have a pioneering multi-chamber geometry and a central seal with three insulation levels. Despite this complex structure, the profiles can be fully recycled at the end of their service life.

Permanently attractive

The particularly high-quality powder coating fulfils the requirements of Qualicoat Class 2 and is highly weather-resistant in accordance with GSB.

Excellent statics

The static bonding of aluminium surfaces and PVC core creates a shear bond that gives entrance doors a particularly high level of stability.

Elegant design language

The narrow overlaps and striking contours emphasise the linear character of VEKA AluConnect.

Deep glass rebate:

The glass rebate height of 25 mm optimises the isothermal process and prevents the formation of unwanted condensation, among other things.

High-performance PVC-U core:

The highly insulating multi-chamber geometry reduces heat losses to up to Uw = 0.77 W/(m²K) [with Uf = 1.1 W/(m²K), Ug = 0.5 W/(m²K), ψg = 0.03 W/(mK)].

Excellent statics:

Three sealing levels ensure excellent thermal insulation and wind tightness, the best protection against driving rain and high sound insulation.

Whether you prefer simple elegance or striking trendy colours: VEKA AluConnect offers you many design options at the highest level. Even the standard range includes more than twenty colours and finishes. In addition, all RAL colour shades as well as different gloss levels and textured surfaces can be realised on request.
